Abstract
Total IgG and IgG3 were prepared from healthy Microtus fortis(M.fortis) and used in indirect ELISA to examine their reactivity profiles with antigens of Schistosoma japonicum at different stages. The antigens used in the study included soluble schistosomula antigen(SSA),soluble adult worm antigen(SWA),soluble egg antigen(SEA),insoluble schistosomula antigen(ISSA),insoluble male worm antigen(ISMA),insoluble female worm antigen(ISFA) and recombinant antigens of rSj14,rSj23-HLD,rSJ28GST and rSjPP.The results showed that the change of A votue was similar for HRP-conjugated Rabbit anti-M.fortis or goat anti-mouse as second antibody. These results revealed that antibodies of M.fortis might nonspecifically reacted with S.japonicum antigens.
