Abstract

In the power system, due to wider use of non-linear loads, power grids has been injected a large number of harmonics, which bring great harm to equipments in power system.Harmonic detection is a key technology for power quality analysis and harmonic compensation, while the Fast Fourier Transform is the most widely used as a harmonic detection method. In this paper,we study Split-radix FFT algorithm theory is studied, the algorithm using C language is programed, harmonic detection experiments based on the TMS320F2812 DSP-based experimental setup is carried on.By doing FFT operation to the sampling signal, the grid's voltage harmonics signal parameters, for harmonic real-time analysis and process can be detected quickly, the correctness and high speed of the algorithm is verified. It can be used as a general algorithm in harmonic detection.
