Analysis on Dividend Distribution Policy of Listed Companies in China

From the dividend distribution strategy,cash dividend proportion,and special cash dividend,etc.,this paper studies the present situation of China's dividend distribution policy,points out that there are some problems such as the bigger randomness,lower dividend payout ratio,and special cash dividend,etc.in the formulation of dividend distribution policy,causing the irrationality of dividend distribution policy and bad influence on enterprises and investors,and in the light of abovementioned problems,puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the dividend distribution policy of listed companies in China from two aspects of the supervision departments and listed companies.
