Influence of Erotic Poetry on Ci Poetry in Middle and Late Tang Dynasty

The poets created lots of erotic poems in middle and late Tang Dynasty.The erotic poems had an important influence on the new and developing literary type of Ci.Most of the authors of Ci in late Tang Dynasty were also the authors of the erotic poems.So they used the content and the art skill of the erotic poems in their Ci poems unconciously.What's more,the erotic poems were composed and propagated widely and loved by many literati.So they were the same with Ci poems in the aspect of entertainment.On the art skill,most of Li He,Wen Tingyun and Han Wo's erotic poems expressed their feelings by describing the scene.There were deep idea and boundary in the poems,the slim and graceful rhyme,the gorgeous and elegant language.The character was showed in Ci poems in later time,and promoted to the formation of the view that Ci's orthodox style.
