Abstract

During the period of 200 years from the mid of Warring States to Han Dynasty,the doctrine of the Yellow Emperor-Laozi philosophy had came into being,developed and flourished as an integration of Laozi's philosophy and the the Qin-dynasty legalists' views.After the national policy of paying supreme tribute to Confucianism while banning all other schools of thought carried out by Emperor Wu in Han Dynasty,the Yellow Emperor-Laozi philosophy had still exerted an impact on people,though its official status of had been replaced by Confucianism.The turn of Western Han Dynasty and Eastern Han Dynasty had seen the thriving of the Yellow Emperor-Laozi philosophy and its stronger impact on people,which has always been neglected.Yuefu Poetry,collected officially by the authority of Han Dynasty,was composed of songs and poems mainly from the popular.Yuefu Poetry was open to different thoughts in terms of its contents and aesthetics arts,from which the influence of Yellow Emperor-Laozi philosophy can be carefully found out.
