Abstract

Speech synthesis technique is a widely applied technique that is used to transform text data into speech signal.This paper briefly introduces the mechanism of Microsoft speech synthesis engine and Microsoft speech object library.The method of programming to implement text-to-speech based on Visual C# platform by using Microsoft speech synthesis engine and Microsoft speech object library is outlined,and an example is given.
