Abstract
Objective To Einvestigate the blood flow dynamics about 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging for primary liver cancer. Methods 46 patients with primary liver cancer diagnosed in our hospital were collected from August 2012 to July 2013 and taken as the observation group, 46 cases of health object for physical examination in our hospital were selected at the same time as the control group, observed the blood flow dynamics performance used by 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging, the two groups were measured and compared about hepatic arterial perfusion, hepatic portal vein perfusion, total liver perfusion, hepatic perfusion index. Results Hepatic arterial perfusion, hepatic perfusion index of observation group were higher, the hepatic portal vein perfusion, total hepatic perfusion were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions Primary liver cancer patients use 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of blood flow dynamics performance is more significant, with high diagnostic value.
