Abstract

The paper carried out the analysis of the significance and impact factors of natural gas compressor polytropic exponent,and pointed out its influence on the indicated power and efficiency of the compressor units.In certain circumstance of the compressor gas temperament component,the change of the polytropic exponent with exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure,which facilitate the adjustment of the units operating conditions,in order to achieve the purposes of energy conservation,consumption reduction and efficiency improvement.
