Abstract

Currently it has the problems of formalism,stuffing teaching resources,lack of effective instructional design etc. in course construction. It introduces the development of popular MOOC abroad. It absorbs the essence of MOOC,and approaches a theory of open course construction reform based on MOOC. This theory can guide the construction of quality open course,online education and online course.
