The Management of Non-tax Revenue: Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract

The revenue of non-tax is an important part of fiscal revenue, but our country has not put enough emphasis on it. We should take measures to intensify the management along with the perfecting of public finance. This paper points out the existing problems in the management of non-tax revenue and suggests some countermeasures to solve these problems.
