Clinical Efficacy of External Ulcer Powder and Kangfuxin Fluid in the Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of external ulcer powder and Kangfuxinfluid alone and combination treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:According to the random number table method,120 patients with recurrent oral ulcers were divided into three groups:A,B and C.Patients in group A were treated with external ulcer powder,3times/d and group B were treated with Kangfuxinfluid,3times/d,while group C received both external ulcer powder and Kangfuxinfluid,7days/course in each group.Clinical efficacy and average ulcer ranges in three groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,the average period of ulcers and pain index showed no statistical significance between group A and group B(P 0.05).The total effective rate of group C was significantly better than group A and group B,and while the average ulcer period was significantly less than those in group A and group B,pain index was significantly less than the other two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The combination of external ulcer powder and Kangfuxinfluid can significantly enhance clinical efficacy,alievate pain,and promote ulcer healing.
