Abstract

To explore the relationship between hepatitis B virus serum markers(HBV-M) and the content of HBV-DNA,the HBV-M(HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb) in 618 HBV-infected patients were measured by ECLI and the content of HBV-DNA were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR).The results showed that the positive rate and contents of HBV-DNA in HBsAg(+),HBeAg(+),HBcAb(+),HBsAg(+) and HBeAg(+) groups were significant higher than that of other groups(P0.05).The positive rate of HBV-DNA in HBsAg(+),HBeAb(+) and HBcAb(+) group was 35.5% and the average copies was 4.1×105 copies/mL;in HBsAg(+) and HBcAb(+) group was 55.6% and the average copies was 3.3×104 copies/mL;in HBsAb(+),HBeAb(+) and HBcAb(+) group was 4.5% and the average copies was 4.7× 103copies/mL;in HBsAb(+) HBcAb(+),HBeAb(+) HBcAb(+) and HBcAb(+) groups was not detectable. The combination detection of HBV-M and HBV-DNA may help to explain pathogenetic condition and has significance in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with hepatitis B.
