Self-organization and Hetero-organization Impacts on Development of Town:Study of Development of Town is Based upon Three Layers Analyses

Study of developmentof town is based upon three lanyers analyse,firstly,self-organization and hetero-organization is dominant alternately,both go up,but ascending speed is different,dilatation alternates with coordination,higher town development is faster quarter period than lower town;secondly,along with distance friction cost,development of town departures ideal state;thirdly,added to Ecological Environment Carrying Capacity,development of town departures once more.This paper put forward suggestions finally.
