Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between color Doppler flow imaging patterns and the postoperative expression of ER,PR,C-erbB-2,VEGF,Ki-67 and p53 in tumor tissue.Methods One hundred patients with breast cancer were enrolled in this study,their preoperative color Doppler flow imaging patterns and postoperative expression of ER,PR,C-erbB-2,VEGF,Ki-67 and p53 were analyzed,their correlation was analyzed.Results In 103 breast tumor tissues,peripheral vascularity were detected in 23 lesions,penetrating vascularity in 46 lesions,central vascularity in 30 lesions,and avascularity in 4 lesions.The expression of VEGF and Ki-67 were positively correlated to penetrating vascular pattern (P0.01),as well as the expression of P53(P0.05).Conclusion There is certain correlation between color Doppler flow imaging patterns and molecular biologic factors in breast cancer. And the color Doppler flow imaging patterns can be used to assess the biologic behavior and prognosis of breast cancer.
