Abstract
Flexible coordinate measuring machines have become a hotspot of coordinate measuring field for its greater flexibility than conventional coordinate measurement machines.The comparability in machinery makes possible the introduction of Denavit-Hartenberg method,developed and adopted in robot research,into the measurement model of flexible coordinate measuring machine.Denavit-Hartenberg method gives coordinate transformation matrix via a group basic homogeneous coordinate transformation.Then measurement model of flexible coordinate measuring machine is given.
