Abstract
The translation activity in the purpose of cross-cultural communication involves not only two different languages but also two different cultures since language is the carrier of culture.Therefore,translation study should be researched under the circumstance of cultural study.On the other hand,the so-called cultural translation means to research the translation in the context of culture,that is to say,to research the commonness and individuality of the structure and superstructure of language,as well as the different cultures among different nations,and then to probe into the inner relations and external rules between translation and culture.
