Abstract
Objective:To discuss the incidence of coronary arterial lesions and the result of following up in children with Kawasaki disease(KD)by echocardiography.Method:Thirty-eight children with clinical diagnosis of KD were examined by two dimensional echocardiography(TDE)of color Doppler. The distribution and severity of the coronary arterial lesions were measured and observed.Result:All of the 38patients presented coronary artery lesions with mainly left lateral coronary artery lesions. Conclusion:Color Doppler is able to clearly show the bilateral coronary arterial lesions and helpful to the early diagnosis.
