Abstract
In view of the uncertainty of indexes for evaluation of water-saving irrigation project investment, the entropy value theory is combined with fuzzy matter-element method to establish a fuzzy matter-element model based on coefficient of entropy for the comprehensive evaluation of water-saving irrigation project. The coefficients of weight in this model are derived from the avail value of data reflected by the information entropy.Through this method, the problem of the influence of subjective factors in weight allocation can be avoided.Through an example, the model is compared with fuzzy integrated evaluating method. The result indicates that the proposed method is reasonable and practical.
