Abstract
【Objective】 To observe the use of surgery tramadol on the prevention of shivering after anesthesia.【Methods】 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups(40 in each group) who were given saline or tramadol 1 mg/kg after anesthesia. The incidence of shivering and shivering scores were observed in both groups after anesthesia.【Results】 There were no significant differences in general conditions of both groups. The incidence of shivering after anesthesia in tramadol 1 mg/kg group was significantly decreased.【Conclusion】 Tramadol 1 mg/kg can lower the incidence of shivering after anesthesia.
