System Innovation is the Fundamental Guarantee for Realizing Socialist Modernization

System innovation put forth by Mr. JIANG Ze-min is an important subject that must be solved in building up socialist modernization in China. Modernization means the modernization of physical objects, people and system, each of which is an integral part of the whole. By reviewing the modern history of China, we can find that system modernization has been acting as a conditional and prerequisite guarantee in China's progress of modernization. By summarizing the experiences and lessons in China's socialist modernization, system modernization can be found to be the fundamental guarantee for smooth implementation of socialist reform and opening-up.
