Abstract
Space charge analysis in tetrafluoroethylene-perfluorothylene copolymer(PFA)and teˉtrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer(FEP)were measured by pulsed electro-acoustic method(PEA).The results were compared with the results before surface coating. The effect of surface treatment on the space charge distributions in above samples are studied in this paper. The distributions of space charge in PFA and FEP before and after surface modification are obˉviously different. There is no charge injection in treated samples, which prove the high dielectric constant layer can suppress the charge injection effectively.
