Abstract
Objective:To establish GC fingerprint of volatile oils in pine needles from pinus massoniana lamb, and compare the difference composition of volatile oils in pine needles gathered from different area. Methods:The fingerprint was adopted By GC,caryopyllene was used as reference material to analyze the volatile oil of 10 bathes pine needles gathered from different area.Results:17common peaks were found on the GC fingerprint, the sum area of common peak is more than 69% of the total peak area. The main components of volatile oils in pine needles from pinus massoniana lamb.are similarly, but the content is quite different. Conclusion:The established fingerprint of pinus massoniana lamb can be applied as the basis of the quality control of pinus massoniana lamb and its preparation.
