Abstract
In order to study the tissue of different position leaves from lower, middle and upper stalk positions of flue-cured tobacco of Yunyan 85,paraffin sections and electric microscope were used to clarify the changes in the tobacco leaf histological index n different maturity,The results showed that the identity of tobacco gradually thinning, the thickness of leaf, the epicuticle thickness, the lower epidermis thickness, the thickness ratio of palisade to spongy tissue(S/P),the thickness ratio of palisade to the thickness of leaf continuously reduced, the thickness of spongy tissues, the thickness ratio of spongy to the thickness of leaf increased gradually.
