Abstract
High efficiency chromatography was adopted for the separation and determination of avermectin B1 and phoxim in mixed emulsion on the Lichrospher-C18 column with methanol+water(85+15)as mobile phase and UV detector.Under the selected conditions, the retention times of avermectin B1 and phoxim were 28.5min and8.1 min respectively.RSD's(n=6) for avermectin B1 and phoxim were found to be 0.74% and 1.52%.And the average recoveries were 100.2% and 100.3%.The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9985 and 0.9989respectively.
