Abstract

With the development of the market of house property and landed estate, a lot of new ideas and problems which are worth deeply thinking appear at present. As and important link of the development of estate, planning design of residential districts should introduce new ideas of estate in four aspects:space layout; complete sets of facilities;roads traffic; environment construction so that the development of the market of urban estate can be promoted.
