Abstract
This paper addressed whether Salvia miltiorrhiza with abnormal characters had utilization value. The content of its effective components was measured by HPLC under the conditions of Diamonsil C18column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm), acetonitrile-0. 026% phosphoric acid gradient elution, detection wave length of 270 nm and 286 nm and flow rate of 1. 0mL·min- 1. Results show that Salvia miltiorrhiza with such abnormal characters as sicks and discolour still contains such active ingredients as rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B,tanshinone Ⅱ A,tanshinone I and cryptotanshinone. The contents of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone I in abnormal Salvia miltiorrhiza are several times than those in normal Salvia miltiorrhiza. Abnormal Salvia miltiorrhiza can therefore serve as Chinese medicine raw material with which Rosmarinic acid and Salvianolic acid B can be extracted.
