Abstract
Objective: To explore the thawed outcome of cryoperservation embryos and the pregnancy outcome. Methods: A retrospective study was done on 30 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles (28 patients) that had failed in the first In-Vitro Fertilization(IVF) cycle .Results : A total of 150 embryos were thawed, of whom 91(60.7%) embryos were survival in 30 cycles(28 patients). There were 8 pregnancies, the pregnancy rates of cryoperservation and thawed of embryonic transplantation were 28.6% and the cycle pregnancy rates were 267%. Conclusion: The cryoperservation and thawed of embryonic transplantation can increase the pregnancy rates of one time oocyte retrieval and lowed multiple pregnancy rate.
