Abstract
In medium HAc-NaAc,europium and levofloxacin hydrochloride formed a complex resulting in fluorescence quenching of levofloxacin hydrochloride, which established a new method for determination of europium. The maximum excitation wavelength was at 365nm,the maximum emission wavelength was at 500nm.The experimental results showed that the linear range was 2.00 × 10-7~2.80 × 10-5 mol·L-1,the minimum detection limit was 8.80 × 10-8 mol·L-1,and recovery rate was in range of 96.0% ~ 101.5%.This method has high sensitivity and good selectivity.
