Abstract

Eight dominant bacteria were isolated from the abodominal organs(liver, kidney and gonad)of the diseased goldfish using the conventional method.Among the eight strains, three bateria, temporarily named LK-T,PL-R and PK-T,were proved to be pathogenic, and were identified by ATB bacteria identification instrument. The results showed that strain LK-T and PL-R were Aeromonas sobria, strain PK-T was Aeromonas punctata subsp.caviae.The three pathogenic bacteria were all gram-negative and rod-shaped.They were highly sensitive to netilmicin, cefuroxime, cefradine, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, neomycin and cefobid. Therefore, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, and neomycin could be used for the control of this disease.
