Abstract

Since the reform and opening up,China's foreign investment has made considerable progress.However,there are many problems,such as too small scale of investment,unreasonable investment structure,weak foreign investment management system,unsatisfactory investment returns,the lack of high-level transnational business talent,low level decision-making and management.It is necessary to solve these problems to promote the further development of China's foreign investment.
