Abstract
Thermal manikin is playing an important role in the research of thermal environmental ergonomics,because its characteristic of convective and radiative heat loss is very similar to actual human body. In this paper, several evaluation indices of thermal environment based on thermal manikin are introduced, the advantage of measuring wet bulb globe temperature by means of thermal manikin is presented, the calculating formula of each index and simple analyses are given. Finally, the comparisons among each index to mean radiation temperature are also given in the table.
