Abstract
Brain hemorrhage is the frequent emergency sereve case in clinic,it is very important to cure patients at acute stage which could utmostly cut down the case fatality and mutilation rate.We approach the etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis and therapeutics of brain hemorrhage from theory of Chinese traditional medicine. We research dividaturing acute stage of brain hemorrhage, rationale of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, time of therapy, specific method, mechanism of action and so on.We expound the clinical significance of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in treatment of acute brain hemorrhage.
