Abstract

Construction project is a kind of technology activity,and a kind of economic phenomena.In contrast with corporate,construction has its unique characters,this can be seen from the difference between corporate management and project management.Exceeding project management,construction project is seen as a economic activity.We applied corporate governance theory to the research field and combine the characters of the construction project,exploring the theory of construction project governance.
