Innovation of the Government Management System in E-Government Times

When the Internet and Intranet in governmental agency's widespread application, many of the governments of in the world become positively to construct the E-government. In this paper, I will analyze this problem from the analysis of E-government and the characteristics of E-government to expose this novelty's good influence on government innovation by the government management system innovation in the organizational structure, the change of the way of decision-making, staff's work way and populace's aspect and so on.
