Abstract
In order to select safety and effective fungicides to Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.,9 kinds of fungicides to the pathogenic fungus of Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. were tested by means of mycelium growth rate method respectively. The results showed that Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. was inhibited under the condition of the 9 kinds of fungicides. Among the 9 fungicides,the inhibition efficiency of 10% hexaconazole EC was the strongest,with the EC50 of 0. 0989 μg / ml,the inhibition efficiency of 50% fludioxonil WP,25% difenoconazole EC,25% pyraclostrobin EC,reduced in succession,with the EC50 of 0. 1223,1. 3823,1. 5371 μg / ml. The inhibition efficiency of 50% cyprodinil WG was the weakest,with the EC50 of 84. 7805 μg / ml.
