On the Prevention and Control of Domestic Cold Violence

Domestic violence is a longstanding problem.In recent years,with the changes of the society,domestic violence presents new characteristics and forms,of which domestic cold violence becomes the major form,also it is the most insidious social problem,so it deserves in-depth thinking and study.Through defining the concept and analyzing its causes,this paper puts forward the legal strategies to prevent and control domestic cold violence,hoping to provide references for relevant researches.
