Abstract

To observe the effect and toxicity of biweekly CHOP regimen and CHOEP regimen in the treatment of Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.Fifty-one case of NHL were randomly allocated into three groups: Patients respectively received standard CHOP, CHOEP and CHOP-14 regimen, we observe the effect and toxicity.Of 50 cases,29 received CR, 16 received PR, Overall response (OR) rates were 88.2% (CR+PR),CR and OR were 50.0% and 85.0% ,respectively, for CHOP, 56.0% and 87.5%, respectively, for CHOEP and 66.7% and 93.3%, respectively, for CHOP-14,there were a good tendency for patients treated with CHOEP and CHOP-14 regimen, while there were no significantly difference for CR ,OR and toxicity among three groups.CHOEP and CHOP-14 should be considered safe and effective chemotherapy regimens for patients with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
