Characteristics of Foreign Shipping Financial Leasing Modes and the Inspiration for Ningbo

Abstract
The shipping financial leasing of Ningbo's small and medium shipping enterprises has been a research focus. This paper first summarized the international typical shipping financial leasing modes, and the characteristics of four typical modes were compared. Combined with the financing difficulties of the shipping enterprises in Ningbo, some suggestions were put forward, such as adopting innovative financing methods to broaden the financing channels for shipping enterprises, trying to establish shipping fund and issuing preferential taxation policies on shipping financial leasing.
