Abstract
Objective: we observed the protective effect of Huyintang on MDA,GSH-Px and SOD of liver injury by CCL4. Method: The model of liver injury by CCL4 Was used and Lianbenshuangzhi was Contrasted with Huyintang and we tested the high and low doses of Huyintang on the content of MDA and the activities of GSH-Px,and SOD of Liver injury. Results: Huyintang was the same as lianbenshuangzhi and could decrease the content of MDA(P0.01) and increase the activities of GSH-Px, SOD(P0.05). OF live injury. Conclusion: Huyintang have obviously Protective effects on erperiment liver injuried mice.
