Abstract
Objective To provide scientific theoretical basis for education and teaching management of medical college by tracking the work and studies situation of current students and graduates.Methods 10 years follow-up investigation of the study object was used in this study.Results The professional and workplace is unstable in 5 years after graduation.Large proportion of the students changes the status quo through postgraduate and personnel transfer.Participation in the resident's standardized training after graduation is not optimistic.Conclusion It is important to develop students' comprehensive ability,enhance the quality education after graduation,reform the personnel system of graduate student work unit,and strictly implement the resident's standardized training system.
