In history,Cao Cao is a fairly controversial figure,however,the achievements of his poetry are indeed acknowledged,and his poetry creation has also provided a way and possibility for us to understand the authentic Cao Cao.Through analyzing the images and ideas expressed in his early poem Songlixing,mid-period poem Duangexing and late poem Buchuxiamexing·Guisuishou,the article explores the development of Cao Cao's thinking,which reflects an authentic Cao Cao.
