Abstract

The inhibitive effects of Bacillus subtilis on liliaceous Fusarium oxysporum was studied by measuring pathogen spore germination and mycelia growth in lab culture dish. The results showed when the volume fraction of Bacillus subtilis bacteria-free filtrate is 20%,7days after treatment, the inhibition rate is 78.8%.Bacteria-free filtrate experiment showed bacteria-free filtrate of Bacillus subtilis can effectively inhibit mycelia growth to a certain extent, reduce the number of germination. When the volume fraction is 60%,the spores can't germinate at all.The potted experiment indicates control efficiency of Bacillus subtilis on liliaceous Fusarium oxysporum is 65.3%.And plants treated by Bacillus subtilis grow better than CK.The results indicate Bacillus subtilis has antagonistic effect on liliaceous Fusarium oxysporum, and inhibitive effects are increasing along with the increase of the concentration of Bacillus subtilis.
