Abstract
Objective:To establish the quantitative method of theα-pinene andβ-pinene in the seed of Forsythia suspense volatile oil by GC.Methods:The GC method was used with HP-INNOWax column (30 m×0.53 mm×1.0μm),The programmed temperature of chromatographic column,FID detector, the carrier gas was nitrogen of high purity.Results:α-Pinene andβ-Pinene showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.139 1~6.9531μg and 0.283 9~14.195 3μg,respectively.The average recovery ofα-Pinene andβ-Pinene was 99.94%(RSD=1.45%) and 100.09%(RSD=1.34%) respectively. Conclusion:This method is convenient and accurate.
