Clinicai analysis of 62 cases of non-surgical treatment of acute severe pancreatitis

Abstract

Objective To sum up indications and treatment of non-surgical of acute severe pancreatitis treatment.Methods 62 cases of severe acute pancreatitis clinical data were analyzed by retrospective methos.Results Two cases were post-surgical and non-surgical treatment success rate was 96.8% and there were no complications and deaths.Conclusion Non-surgical treatment of acute severe pancreatitis was obvious and the success rate was high.
