Study on the Relation of Efficiency and Equity in Income Distribution

There is forever a contradiction between effciency and equity in income distribution. We must regulate our distribution principle as the social and economic environment changes. This paper proposes that we must abolish the effciency precedence principle, and pay equal attention to efficiency and equity based on the analysis of nowadays environment.
