Abstract

Samples were digested by nitric acid and perchloric acid(4+1)in this experiment and the content of trace elements Ca,Fe,Mg and Zn in red wine from different regions were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that four types of red wine from different regions were also rich in trace elements Ca,Fe,Mg and low in element Zn. The content of trace elements Ca,and Fe in wine from French was highest.Recoveries were between 99.55 %~103.7 % and RSD was less than 6.1%.This method is efficient, accurate, simple, fast and safe and the determination results are satisfying.
