Development Trend and Strategy of Problems of Agriculture,Rural and Peasant

In this paper,it is believed that development of Chinese agriculture and transfer of the rural labor force have not narrowed down the disparity between city and countryside.The rate of urbanization,41.76%,is just a nominal data while the speed of it can't meet its demand.Chinese agriculture is still the petty peasant economy.Because people born in countryside after 1978,have new basis of thought and culture,eager to leave farm and countryside,it's a trend that the situation of problems of agriculture,rural and peasant will change fiercely in the following 20-30 years and the number of peasant will become smaller and smaller.And how to do it?Based on deeply analysis,some strategies are put forward,such as speeding up the urbanization and the development of the second as well as the third industry,improving the employment ability of peasant in the field of non-agricultural industry,reforming the petty peasant economy by cooperation and industrialization,and so on.
