Approaching Kaiyuan Music Education and Its Relationship with Guanxue

Tang Xuan- zong, the highest ruler who loved music promoted the development of the music education. The reform of the royal music had greatly promoted the development of the folk music. Folk music benefited a lot from the development of the royal music concerning both the teaching and the teaching. Kaiyuan music education also was bound by the Guanxue music education. Though Guanxue served the ruler, historically it was really a peak of the music education in the history of our country.
