Exploration and Analysis on Social Responsibility of Community Sports Organization under Background of Government Function Transformation

Adopting the methods of case study, content analysis, participant observation and in-depth interview, taking Beijing Huilongguan Community Football Association as case, a typical community sports organization, this essay explores and analyses rules and connotation, provides sample and path for empirical study about social sports organization undertaking social responsibility. Results are as follows:1)Undertaking social responsibility is the important content in practical activity of sports sowal organization. Sports social organization and individuals shoulder social responsibility actively in a higher moral standard meets the expectation of society. 2)The particularity and necessity of social responsibility for sports social organization decide the connotation of social responsibility includes the following fi ve aspects: responsibility to government, to enterprise, to media, to organization members and to community construction. 3)Sports social organization undertaking social responsibility is the internal need for transformation of governmental sports administrative function, even the require to promote its healthy, consecutive and rapid development. Suggestions: reforming and improving related rules and administrative mechanism of sports social organization; establishing effective internal self-discipline mechanism; establishing and improving social supervision mechanism of sports social organization.
