Abstract
Starting with research on the college students' sports life of five colleges in southeast of China, the author evaluated the courses reform of physical education college in Fujian province recent years, and found the results were: the contents, forms and methods in current physical education system are not welcomed, and far behind the students' expectation, and the course evaluation system is not on agreement And the author gave his suggestion: to adjust the course to satisfy the interests of the students themselves, enhancing their practical value; to connect the contents, forms and methods of courses in physical education to the sports life of the students, making them a part of students' life.
